MARKETTA delivers your order to the address you want, providing coverage throughout Colombia. The shipping cost is subject to the place of delivery. You can see this information in your cart before completing the purchase .

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and email, confirming the dispatch as well as the tracking number.


DELIVERY TIME

  • Your order will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days. Orders do not have the option of warehouse pickup.
  • The delivery period will begin from the confirmation of the purchase.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location, weather and road conditions: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays or holidays do not count as business days.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

MARKETTA offers a period of 7 business days for changes from the date the carrier delivers your order.

You must notify us about the change, before 7 business days have passed from delivery, through our WhatsApp customer service line 300 336 6694 or by email at contacto@markettawomen.com


To proceed with the change, the following must be taken into account:

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, the garment must not have been used, washed or damaged and with its labels in the original presentation condition.
  • The shipping cost of the exchange must be assumed by the customer.
  • Exchanges will be made for items of equal or greater value than the purchase price. If the value is greater, the excess must be paid.
  • It is important that the product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
  • Products on sale or discounted cannot be exchanged (No changes of color, size or reference are made). It is important to clarify that no refunds are made.
  • The refund request for purchases made on the website will only apply for warranty purposes.
  • Refund time varies depending on the payment method used. The customer may choose a coupon as a refund alternative to make a new purchase. This will be valid for 30 calendar days and can only be used in its entirety.

RETURN PROCESS

  2. Send the product properly packaged to the following address: Calle 56B #17-71 Tower 2 Office 904
  3. The product must be returned in perfect condition, the garment must not have been used, washed or damaged, with its packaging and labels in their original presentation condition.
  4. Transport will be borne by the customer.
  5. The availability of the product for which the exchange is to be made is verified.
  6. If the product is not available, a voucher will be issued for the value of the purchase after receiving the returned product.
  7. Upon receipt of the product, it is verified that it meets the conditions mentioned above.
  8. If the product meets the conditions required for its exchange, the inventory availability is reviewed again and it will be shipped again, the transportation will be assumed by MARKETTA
  9. If the product is not available, a voucher will be issued for the value of the purchase to be redeemed in full, which will be valid for 30 calendar days .
  10. In the event that the item does not meet the conditions for exchange, it will be returned to the address provided by the sender and the cost of transporting the product will be assumed by the customer.


WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS

  1. Notify our WhatsApp line 300 336 6694 , the reason for the change within 15 business days of receiving the item.
  2. Send the product properly packaged to the following address: Calle 56B #17-71 Tower 2 Office 904
  3. The product must be returned in perfect condition, the garment must not have been used, washed or damaged, with its packaging and labels in their original condition. Transport will be borne by the customer.
  4. The product under warranty claim will be reviewed within the following 7 business days from receipt of the same.
  5. After verifying that the product meets the conditions mentioned for the exchange, the customer will be notified by WhatsApp and email.
  6. If the product is available, it will be sent to the address indicated by the customer, this transport will be assumed by MARKETTA .
  7. If the product is not available, a voucher will be issued for the value of the purchase to be redeemed in full, which will be valid for 30 calendar days .
  8. If the customer prefers a refund guarantee, the method of doing so will be agreed upon, either by transfer or deposit.
  9. In the event that the item does not meet the conditions for exchange, it will be returned to the address provided by the sender and the cost of transporting the product will be assumed by the customer.
